Yes we provide a website and account backup service
For customers accounts with a disc capacity of 4gb or less, we create weekly backups and can restore your website, email and database content from our backups on request. However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep copies of your content safe. We offer this service as a last resort when all else fails and recommend you make your own backups, download and store them in a safe location.
Our backups run once every Sunday. The data that we will restore will be from the previous Sunday. Stick It Here is not responsible for files and or data residing on your account. By agreeing to our standard hosting terms and conditions you agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Stick It Here servers.
Customers with a disc capacity of greater than 4gb who wish to have their site backed up will be subject to a surcharge and should contact our sales department for further information.
To request a restoration of your content from a backup file, complete the required details on the form below and we will be in contact to arrange restoration of the backup.
